Hello, my darlings—can you believe we’re already in Q2 of 2025? 💃🏽
How has it been for you so far? You already know I’m going to share a bit about my own journey. But first, take a moment to witness the woman I’m becoming. It serves as a gentle reminder of the commitments I made to myself this year. The excerpt below gives you a glimpse into how life has been lately.
Life, much like the weather, it moves through seasons: autumn, spring, summer, and winter.
We all have moments when we bloom, when we radiate joy, when everything feels aligned and full of promise. And then, there are the winter days—the quiet, heavy ones filled with sadness or uncertainty. But I believe those wintry moments aren’t just barren; they’re sacred. They come with divine snowfall—GOD’s way of shielding us, wrapping us in protection from the unseen. So when things don’t go as planned, it’s a gentle reminder of this truth: GOD is watching over us. Always! His ways are higher than ours, even when we don’t understand.
If you’ve been reading my posts for a while, you might know I’ve made a few significant career changes. Right now, I’m preparing for the next chapter in my professional journey—a season of transition, growth, and intention. But if you’re new here, you can catch up here and here.
Right now, I’m breathing deeply, taking my courses, staying meaningfully busy, and learning to savor this moment of pause. To be honest, my emotions are all over the place. I’m feeling ambivalent—like I’m living in two extremes at once (weird, I know).
How can I crave stillness and rest, yet feel so eager to chase what’s next?
This post is also a gentle reminder for you, darling:
Not every season must come with a grand lesson. It’s okay to feel a little lost, a little unsure.
As long as you’re still moving—even slowly—in the direction that feels true.
With uncertain, but peaceful smiles,
HerSplendidThoughts
