The intentionality of GOD is unmatched!

Yesterday, I found myself in a situation where I began overthinking and beating myself up. I questioned my decisions and wondered if the “benefit” was worth the action. I went to bed feeling sad and guilty.

That night, I had a dream.

In the dream, a woman had made a wrong choice and was harshly judging herself. She had written a note filled with negativity. I walked up to her and began encouraging her—reminding her of things I had learned in therapy: not to dwell on the negatives, not to say, “I can’t” or “I’m not.”

As I spoke, she looked into my eyes and said, “I know your address. I’ve lived there.” Then she called out my actual address and shared details about my life as though she had lived it herself.

In that moment, I had to finish a sentence using only positive words. It was hard, but I did it. Then I woke up.

That morning, as I got ready, an old Joel Osteen message appeared on my YouTube feed. It was about loving yourself and speaking life into your circumstances. I’d heard it before—but today, it hit differently. It felt like GOD had arranged the timing just for me.

I realised – I was talking to a reflection of myself.

I knew in that moment: GOD sees it all. He knows when I’m struggling, and He reminds me—lovingly and intentionally—that His grace covers both my best and my worst.
