These still remain true

I found some nuggets I put down at random times in my Sunday service notebook while at university.

• Depend not on all—for they owe you nothing and can disappoint you anytime.
• I’m done with being fancy. I’m looking for sophistication.
• Success lies in discipline.
• GOD can do all things—except evil.
• Three things I am quick to: Anger, Tears and Forgiveness / Forgetting
• Who is greater than HE who created everything—even the devil? No one. GOD is real.
• Acknowledge GOD—because HE alone is making it possible for you to acknowledge HIM.
• Things that feel negative or unpleasant may make you sad—but they open new gates to keep you stronger.

These words were scribbled in quiet moments, but they still speak loudly today.
They still remain true.
