You’re tired.
You’re stretched.
You’re longing for connection.
You’re carrying work pressure.
You’re trying to build a home.
You’re trying to manage your heart.
You’re trying to stay grateful.
And you’re still here.
Still showing up.
Still trying to breathe through it.
That’s not weakness — that’s resilience.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is acknowledge that you’re tired, that you’re stretched, that you’re feeling more than you can name. And sometimes the kindest thing you can tell yourself is exactly what I whispered today:
Breathe, darling.
You don’t have to fix everything at once.
You don’t have to understand every emotion immediately.
You don’t have to be strong every second.
You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to feel.
You dear one are allowed to be human.
With comforting smiles,
HerSplendidThoughts
